Purchased party room and several family packages was told at the time I could use them together. At the time of the party I was told otherwise by a very rude manager, whom was not very accommodating. However, I must give accolades to Armando who was very helpful, friendly and provided excellent service. He was the one that helped with the party room and if it were not for him, the party would have probably taken a turn for the worse. 

It was our first time there and many of the children have been to sky high which allowed for jump even after they had food. But, we were never told that it could not be done here at sky zone until the manager so rudely threatens to kick the entire party out because some of the boys had returned to the jump zone after eating. They were never told their jump was only 1hr. I understand it was stated on their stickers, but proper instructions should have been given to a party before even allowing them to jump, which never happened. 

This was an overall horrible experience and will not return here again. I will recommend others to go to Sky High before even considering Sky Zone.

We got a great deal with the family and friends promo. The kids had a great time jumping and playing dodge ball. The place was clean the pizza was good and the employees were friendly and we'll trained. Overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend sky zone for a fun time.

Great staff and customer service! A very clean and  safe environment. An awesome place for my two year old to run his energy off. Will definitely be visiting again!

The reason for my one start rating is due to the poor customer service. I wish more than one staff was present at the front to help or at least have a staff help instead of just walking by and looking. The staff have no exciting impressions on the customers, besides that my family and I have a great time jumping. 
Ps the restrooms and nice and clean.

Great place for the kids. Whether it be a birthday, rain or shine it's definitely fun. You can dunk basketballs like the halftime shows, do tricks into a padded pit or just free jump. It's geared mostly around children but if you don't mind it Adults will have fun. Have you ever seen a frown while jumping on a trampoline?
