The room was great! The front desk staff was helpful and engaging as well as perpetually cheerful. The housekeeping staff made sure our room was clean and ready and she seemed to enjoy her job! Breakfast was way better then we expected! All of this was possible because of the diligence of a Great Manager Jeff Lewis. (Yes I asked for his Name)

Our stay on 6/19/17 was a terrible experience upon arriving. As soon as we entered the room it had an awful smell. The sofa bed was open. We had the king suite. We dropped off our bags and left for a meeting. Came back to the awful smell again. Realized the sofa on the pullout was wet, smelled of urine and had blood splatter. Went to the front desk to only argue with the nightshift clerk. He came up and pulled the mattress out of the room. I wanted to exchange rooms. They didn't want to work with me at all. Said they were air drying the mattress. He just took it outside our room and plopped it against the wall. I did end up speaking with the manager who did end up exchanging rooms and refunding my room rate so thankful for that. That still doesn't excuse the ordeal. The mattress should never have been left in the room. It should have been disposed of with heavily body fluids on it. This matter could have been handled a little different and shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. We will never stay here again. His was our 2nd visit here. I do not recommend this hotel and if you must go, DO MAKE SURE your mattresses are cleaned. The pullout bed even had a sheet set tucked back in it. I would be very cautious and do a nose test! Or black light it.

This was a good hotel clean and quiet. Staff was friendly, not highly knowledgeable of the area but thankfully for Google we weren't lost... Breakfast was nice and pool was suitable. Good hotel nothing outstanding or amazing.

This hotel treats it shuttle like it is sacred/blessed. They have 2-3 if them but they only operate at 7 ,8 and 9 am. Heaven forbid you ask for a ride any other time. They will treat you like an idiot for asking (and call you a cab). While waiting 45+ minutes for a cab, you can watch the shuttle driver playing on her phone and chatting with friends and can admire the shuttles sitting in the parking lot. I know asking for the "complementary shuttle" to drive you 2.1 miles is asking a lot...yes you read that right two miles is a BIG DEAL and considered an outrageous request. I will not be staying at this hotel in future and will update my corporate travel system with my experience so others can steer clear. The hotel itself was ok (hence the two star rating instead if one) but there were plenty of other irritations also. For example the hotel shop was sold out of bottled water for 4-days in a row (and so were the vending machines) so if your thirsty its soda or tap water. Not a huge deal in and of itself, but definately one of many minor irritations.

Stay at your own risk.. Had WAY to many problems and staff was told about it and nothing was done about it. I stayed for 3 days for business, room smelled, room was cleaned 1 time, ice machine wouldn't work, anything and everything was wrong. Staff did nothing to make it right.
