Very mediocre Standard American Diet type restaurant. The BBQ is nothing to write home about. They are definitely catering to the 20-something pub crowd, as it’s the classic sports bar atmosphere equipped with TVs, pool tables, bar stool style seating, etc. I had the St Louis ribs platter and got 4 ribs which I felt was pretty skimpy, one was over cooked but the other three were decently cooked. The coleslaw, beans, and barbecue sauce were pretty sugary. Eat at your own risk.

Fantastic food. The brisket is particularly great. Some of the best food we had in Snowmass and less than half the price of our other dinners. We actually went back a second time during our week long trip.

The BBQ here is amazing and they have happy hour EVERY day from 3-6, the ribs in the pic are $2 each during happy hour. The ribs were melt in your mouth tender and so delicious didn't even use sauce on them. Google maps has the name wrong though the real name is, Slow Groovin BBQ.

Excellent choice for barbeque. The St. Louis ribs were on point with the meat falling off the bone. The drinks are fairly priced with a good selection of local craft beer, top shelf, and wines. Brisket was a little bit over cooked. Beans were decent. Coleslaw doesn't get my vote. Also featured here are two pool tables, dart board and a Foosball table

Double platters with Ribs and Brisket (with Fries, Beans, and toasts as sides) are great. Their tasty barbeque sauces make it even better. Also, their smoked chicken wings with raspberry chipotle sauce is THE BEST! Get 1lbs because half lbs is just not enough! Get the BBQ beans for sides too!
