We shared the in house dry aged bone in rib eye served on a Himalayan salt block. Cooked perfectly, excellent flavor. The octopus appetizer was phenomenal. Novel mix of flavors with the kalamata olives and avocado mousse and the most tender octopus I have ever had. Excellent service. Would have given it 5 stars, but the wine temperatures were all wrong. My first glass of red wine was colder than my husband's white. We sent them back and eventually got glasses with more appropriate temperature, although I suspect they just heated it up, since the next 2 glasses of red (all different kinds) were also really cold.

Must visit if your in Snowmass. I've eaten steak's around the world and this was one of best. Great service, food, and views.

The place needs a facelift.  Feels like a 1970’s or 80’s.  Food very average.  Everyone waited for the chef to show up.  Today was a snow day - so can’t blame him for running late.  One steak was good. An 8. The ny strip. The sirloin was tough.  A 3 out of 10.  Something needs to happen in Snowmass.  Service was good.  But slow.   Ill go back to toro before little mammoth.
