Slice Italian Bistro is a locally owned authentic Italian restaurant and pizzeria that has proudly been in operation since 2012. With a convenient location directly at the base of Snowmass Ski Area, between the Elk Camp Gondola and Village Express Lift; Slice is thee place to come for lunch and dinner every day of the week or to book for special occasions. The unique second story placement (directly above Four Mountain Sports) allows the entire dining room and sunny patio to command amazing views of the Base Village Plaza and the entire bottom of the ski area. This place had the best gluten free crust I've ever had. It was not like most GF crust that's basically cardboard. The crust was light, fluffy and chewy in the best way. Wish I lived closer, I'd eat here once a week.

Slice Italian Bistro is perfect at creating the right mood for the right times. Afternoon lunches are laid-back yet full of energy, while dinner remains formal with serious attention to food quality and service by all the staff. The head sommelier showcases a massive selection of local and imported wines and the kitchen boasts fantastic menu items and some awesome specials (pay attention to the FB page for up to date information). I will highly recommend Slice to families, adults, kids and everything in between

We just ordered three flatbreads, one side salad and one spaghetti carbonara. Cost was $66 plus tip. The serving sizes were miniature. Quality was OK. But we're trying to feed four people on an amount of food that I could eat myself. We will never order here again. It's an absolute ripoff. We are owners and we will make sure that all of our friends know that they should not patronize this business. We did call to express our concern over the amount of money spent for the amount and quality of food received. The manager said that they never have any complaints. I am shocked to hear this.

Arrived late at night for take out and was served by the kitchen manager who was extremely nice. The food came out fast and was super tasty.

It's hard to find great pizza at elevation. The guys at Slice make amazing pizza! We love the Anderson Ranch BBQ chicken pizza. Definitely hit this place up for Apres ski or dinner.
