I was alone. My Gas was shut off. Didn’t know anyone to call. Called Smith’s Plumbing and explained my situation. They promptly came out the very next morning. I was surprised how very nice they were. Light company was demanding a pressure test on my gas lines. Expensive! I am disabled. Told them thank you but I just couldn’t afford the test. I was in tears when they called me and said they would do test anyway. At least I wouldn’t be any worse off if pressure didn’t hold what the light company wanted. The gas would just remain off and I could get an electric water heater. No hot shower was killing me because i needed it to shower and also for my scoliosis and arthritis pain. These are wonderful people, folks. They actually CARED!! Ed Blizzard and all the other guys are heroes as far as I’m concerned! I will always use them from now on but next time I hope to give them something extra because you just don’t run across people like this anymore!! Thank you, Ed and thank your company! You are all( even the lady that took my phone call) truly caring people. Denise Burns

We had a plumbing emergency on the weekend while out of town guests were staying at our house. The guys at Smith Plumbing were quick to respond and were able to get us going again quickly. They came back during the week to do some additional work at a cheaper rate. James was professional and personable. I would definitely use them again!

Hot water heater burst and needed a replacement. Smiths plumbing offered the lowest price among there competitors. Service Tech. James Loonie installed the new tank on the same day that I called for an estimate. James and his crew were professional and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely use Smith Plumbing in the future.

Everything went very smooth, from scheduling the job to the completed project. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and gave his recommendation, making sure I knew exactly what to expect. My particular job required some sheetrock removal and Ed did a great job getting to the pipes he needed while removing as little sheetrock as possible. I’m very pleased with the results!! Dustin and his crew are leading the way in professional plumbing services in Memphis! Highly recommend!!

Servicemen are incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. I had a plumbing question late at night and they called me right back with a great answer. I love these guys, will never choose anyone else in Memphis!
