If you need plumbing, electrical or heat and air work, these are the people to call!! Absolutely the best crew around!! Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, hard working. They checked in on me during the process and Larry came by on his way to another job to check to see if the pressure held and came back after he finished his other job. All on his own. They will go above and beyond to help you!! I will be calling them again if we need them!!

Mike and Tyler arrived with 3 issues to deal with. A leaking tub, air conditioning duct work that was staying wet all the time, and installing a trap on the shower to prevent the smell of the septic backing into the master bedroom. 
After evaluating each situation, they determined there was no trap needed, it was just in an area that was hard to see. The air conditioning duct work was just a sweat issue. 
However,  the issue that needed attention was the leaking tub. Initially they dais they would need to make an access hole in the closet to get to the pipes. Again, after careful evaluation, they determined no access hole would be needed. 
Mike and Tyler were very respectful, friendly and curtious not only to me as the home owner but also the petting zoo we have. They cleaned up the work area better than it was when they arrived. They were very informative and showed me the work that wad being fine at many points through the process. 
I would recommend Mike and Tyler hands down without question.

On Monday October 22 2017 they were suppose to come between 2 and 4pm. They actually called a little before 12 to tell me they were on their way. They got here (Mike and Tyler) around 12:30. They assessed the problem and told me what it would cost for the repairs before they started it. Both Mike and Tyler were very courteous and made the repairs needed. As stated by Mike, Tyler did most of the work and resolved my problem. I definitely will be calling on Ferguson's for any plumbing work needed in the future. You

Steven provided great service and made sure that I understood how our system worked and issues that we were having with it. I definitely got the impression that he and Tim Ferguson would make sure that we were satisfied with our experience.

Shaun came to our house early on a Saturday in below freezing weather and quickly diagnosed and repaired our heating unit. He was courteous and professional and he explained thoroughly what had happened and how he fixed it. I would highly recommend him.
