Wow, after reading these reviews I thought I may have went to the wrong place! Dr. Salim was awesome as was his father, Abe. I had my vasectomy performed there and Abe did the consult, very nice and knowledgeable. Salim did the actual vasectomy (due to scheduling issues on my end, this isn't how they normally do it) and he was great too. We had a full on conversation during the procedure and he was very open and honest the entire time. I was referred here by a friend and I would have no problem referring other friends to them.

Had an appointment at 10:30 in the morning for a vasectomy. I had to wait for an hour and a half. Wasn’t till noon till they got to me. How do u get that far behind that early in the morning? Seriously unprofessional place. They kept laughing about it like it was a joke. Would never work with this office I will let all my friends know. DO NOT COME HERE! If I did business like this I would have no customers.

I wish I had read these reviews before going to South County Urological. I had a confirmed kidney stone and went to see Dr. Walters as I had continued to have pain on my left kidney for over 3 months. After waiting over an hour for my appointment, he came in and told me that the pain couldn't possibly be due to a kidney stone as the stone was too small. That is fine, I'm up for further consideration, but my problem is that he had no suggestions for help. He was also in so much of a hurry apparently that he had no intention of even sitting down to talk to me as he stood almost the entire time in the room. He only sat down, I'm convinced, because I gave him a look that suggested I didn't care for his demeanor. His bedside manner is horrible. His suggestion is that maybe I had a strained muscle (for over 3 months) and then talked about me in the 3rd person. "I think Kellie needs to think about what she may have done to cause this problem". Ridiculous and a major disappointment. Too bad I have to rate this as a 1 star minimum as I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Walters himself is wonderful, but the staff is uncaring.  With extreme pain, there was NO emergency space at all, and I was expected to wait 8 days for an appointment!!!  I have since found a great Urologist and a very caring, helpful staff.  The Dr. stayed after work to see me that same day.

SALIM HAWATMEH - Got a prostate biopsy performed by some trainee as he 'talked' her through it, wound up in the hospital with an infection.  His visits there were uninformed, asking me if 'I'm ready to go home' as I'm lying there with a fever, then walks out 20 seconds later.  That $54/visit charge is called 'observation care'.  If I wasn't healthy beforehand, I could have been in big trouble.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK!
