Dr Green is the best.  I love all the Dr's there. It's a great place to go. Nice staff and clean office. Dr Joyce delivered our baby,  so she's pretty great in our eyes.  Dr Green finally made it to a delivery also..  All around great place to go. I have had a hard time reaching them a few times.  No one answered the phone,  i was thinking does anyone work there.  It's very frustrating when you call multiple times throughout the day and get no answer.

I had to call OVER 15 times to speak to a representative. After finally getting through, I'm put on hold for another 10 minutes. Receptionist REFUSED to transfer me over to a supervisor, then transferred me to another receptionist because she didn't want to deal with me. 2* is a very accurate depiction of this business. I'm sure the doctor's are good, but you guys need a new receptionist. They're not doing their jobs, and have very poor customer service skills.

I have not had the same experience with phone calls. I had a question and left a message on the nurse line and got a call back within 30 minutes. I also recently had to make another appointment and was able to get a date in that same month. I have went here for probably 7 years now maybe more and they have delivered both of my boys.

I have never had issues with Women's Health Partners. The phone only rang 3 times before they answered and set up an appointment less than a month away. When i go in for my appointments i never wait too long and if i do there are plenty of magazines and TV. Dr.Green is awesome and I will be sad if i ever have to find a new doctor.

I recently moved to St. Louis and needed a new women's health doctor. Got a return call from the office. The person was very friendly and polite. They confirmed that they were accepting new patients and accepted my health insurance.  I didn't have my husband's SSN on hand so I said I'd call back shortly.  I have called them back at least 6 times during their business hours over the next week and left multiple messages. No return phone call.  This does not reflect well on your business.  I will be going elsewhere for my care.
