I was excited to see they finally had online checking. I checked in online and arrived 5 minutes early. The staff allowed two people to cut in front of my son and me because “they were in a hurry”.  What’s the point of checking in if others are allowed to cut in front of you?

I came in at 730 on a wed night with my 8 year old son that had just received the worse haircut of his life at great clips. The store had already taken their last customer but listened to my story and saw my son near tears. Not only did they stay open just to help us but the gave him a great haircut! My son left smiling and said he got several compliments at school today. I can't thank them enough! Truely saves the day for my son!!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I've never been more impressed by their true kindness and professionalism. Thank you

They do a good job with haircuts but they need additional help on Saturday mornings. Long wait time!
