I was booked a rental car through my insurance.  When I arrived to pick up the car I was informed that there were no cars available and I would have to come back several hours later, or I could go to another Hertz in town and see if they have anything for me.  They would not tell me if there were actually any cars available claiming that there was no way for them to know (as if Hertz has no interconnection in their system and no clue where any of their vehicles are).  Instead of helping me in any way they continued to insist that if I wanted something I could just hit the streets and see what I could find.  After I refused a car coincidentally became available.

If you don't have a car at least try and help the customer find one instead of telling them it's up to them.  Just horrible customer service.

I am using Hertz because my insurance is paying.  I will never choose to spend my own money with them in the future.

Love this Hertz rental location. This trusted team of folks feel like family. I receive excellent customer service and feel like a valued customer. I won’t consider going anywhere else

I would give this location zero stars if possible. Jacob has caused me a headache. I was told by him that my insurance provider does cover everything for the rental car. He encouraged me to purchase additional coverage that costs $12.99 per day. This would cover things like a scratch or flat tire. I contacted my insurance provider today. I was informed that I did not need to have additional coverage. I was covered for those things. I had to take the rental car to Hertz so they could look at it this morning. This stopped my daily charge going forward. They would not reimburse me for the other daily charges that started on 1-10-18. I tried speaking with Max the Branch Manager. He was unable to fix my issue. Max informed me that Tyler the Louisville & Lexington Manager would give me a call today. I have not received a call. I would not recommend this Hertz location to anyone. If you still want to go there then stay away from a guy named JACOB.

Love this location. Simple easy in and out. People hear are super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help out. These guys are the reason I stick with the Hertz. Great job guys, thank you!

April at this location is amazing, best customer service oriented hertz employee I have ever encountered in the 16 years I've been a hertz customer.
