I appreciate this conveniently located business. They have been accommodating and friendly each time I've rented a car from them. I especially like knowing they will pick me up.

I would recommend this place. They do go above and beyond to make sure things are right. Especially the young lady Alex there. She exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't go anywhere else to rent a vehicle.

Friendly AND EFFICIENT personnel at Shelbyville location.  Treated as a "Friend who is traveling," rather than a customer who walked in off the street.

I'm giving it two stars because the one star people just rant saying they wish they could give zero stars but two is the lowest I have had to give. Service was awful, we got honked at in the parking lot by someone. Sure enough that someone was the employee that sped past us to park a car. My girlfriend had just been in a wreck and was driving more cautious unlike this employee. Then he gets out keeps his sunglasses on inside and proceeds to berate my girlfriend about how she has to pay a deposit even though her insurance said there would be no charges. This continues as we walk around inspecting the car pointing out multiple flaws as he continues to talk down and say that's not bigger than a golf ball like I just explained. I could go on and on on how terrible the service was from this guy.
Take out your right hand and stick a thumb up on shelbyville road, or walk, bike, anything besides go to this place for a car. Never again.

Overall experience was great... Courteous staff... great price for the car, drop off and accessories.... would strongly recommend for an excellent service...
