Peter is a slime ball piece of s#$+ and is a lying fat lazy dumbass. He talks a good game but it's just to get you to get your commission. Seriously dude is a piece and I am going to do everything I can to make sure he loses his job. Somebody like him should be working at the traveling carnival.

First off I was have a really bad day due to Sprints customer service phone reps. I was getting the run around for about the two hours by them and getting no where with my issue. I decide to go to my sprint store by my house due to them always being true to their service. I walked in and was greeted by Robin, real nice guy very professional. I asked for his help to get a hold of customer support and explained my issue to him. He was able to help me get a number for customer service and again I spent two hours on the phone with them and nothing got resolved. So I gave up and I decide to upgrade my phone since I was there. I spoke to Robin and he explained in detail on what phones would work for me and my family . As I was upgrading my phone he offered to help me call again customer support to see if I could resolve my issue with them. In less then 10 minutes my issue with Sprint was worked out. It says a lot about Robin and what he does for his company. I can tell he strives to make customer service what it is. He puts the Wow factor in customer service and thank you again Robin for your help and making me feel important.

Horrible costumer service!!! I would even give them 1 star. They give false information and add charges that should have never been there in the first place. This store is a 3rd party store and mess up people's mobile plans constantly. I've paid 400$ on a plan to find it is turned off 2 days later. They don't care about there costumers at all. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I'm disgusted with how they treat there costumers.

Do NOT buy or lease phones from this place ! I leased a phone on August 28 2017 I returned the device on Sept 7 2017 . When I received my bill that was suppose to be 80 it was 104.99 . I returned the phone within the 14 day return policy period . I have yet to get my money I had to pay to get the device of 146.94 they are giving me Run around that I won’t get my money until the next billing cycle ? I don’t think so . I’ve called the store called sprint only to talk to people who have zero authority to do anything to help . Unless you have time and money to waste and don’t care what or how bad of  service you get with sprint . I’d stay away from them they suck !
