An Appliance store that doesnt sell dryer belts, couplers, or most replacement parts... Given the fact I love my landlord Chau who owns this business. I dont understand why they dont stock some replacement parts. They also referred me to somebody else to fix my washer because they said he was cheaper and they wouldnt come to me even though they are my landlord... HA! Driving business away... I YouTube d what need to be done to fix both my washer and dryer then went to Washer Specialists in downtown Wichita and they gave me everything I needed. I wont be coming to Patties for anything to be fixed. Ill fix it myself.

Do not EVER SHOP HERE!! Fair warning they completely screwed my family over 2 times now. I have never had such bad customer service before! They took our money knowing a fridge did not work and got mad at us for asking If we can get another one after getting into a fight with the Chinese store owner!

Me and my husband went there for a freezer and told them how much we had to spend, they showed us what they had and recommended a freezer that was actually under our budget and it works great, they even loaded it up for us.

Bought a fridge from them and 2 days later the apartment I put it in was infested with roaches.
