Took my car in because CD player wasn't taking any CDs. Took them almost 2 hours to take a stock radio out. Told me I would have a quote by the end of the business day. Didn't hear anything. Call them the next morning, nothing. They finally decided to call me. For an optic lens and a new arm was almost 900.00?! Rip off city. Then I have to schedule another appointment just to get my radio back? Won't ever be recommending this place to anyone. Totally ridiculous!

It started great but ended horribly! They are horrible at communicating with customers about charging customers to get a quote price!! The girl on the phone did not know what she was doing and seemed lost!
