People that work at Waco store  there rude add plus don't know how do math or there liar just trying get money out of people  for  a explain  on Monday give you pay off when go on Friday to pay off account it double . I will never get nothing from this store

We have been using this store for over 2 yrs now, and we are very pleased with the service we get. We don't get harassed b/c our payments are always on time. (like they should be) Any time there has been questions or issues they have been very quick to resolve any issues or answer our questions. We like it so much after we payed off our washer we went for a dryer. This is a very good store to rent from if you want good service :)

I have to agree with Delia. By 3PM on the day my payment was due, they had already called my husband and myself 4 times, once on each phone number we provided for them. The first time they called, I answered and told them it would be the next day before I payed them. They still called my boyfriend's workplace, his cell phone and my cell phone requesting a payment. They really do harass people for the payment the day it is due, and not a day later. It's crazy and really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. After I finish paying off my laptop, I will not be renting from this particular store again.

This place is a joke.. They think its ethical to call and harass someone not only on their phone but at work as well. After being told not to contact a customer at their workplace they are to respect that privacy. They have no respect for customers but instead rude and harassing tendencies. Will never give them business again.
