Went to the guys down the street they said I needed a new charger port at a cost of 100-150 dollars, ended upgoing to Monkey Bytes and all i needed was better quality charger. Saved me at least 85 bucks. Thx Matt.

These guys were fast, honest, and charged me less than half of the quote I got from the bigger store. The owner also gave me some tips to deal with a networking problem I was having at my home office. I really felt the small business personal touch! 5 stars!

Took my computer in for a touch screen replacement and they said it would be ready in a week. Since then parts of the touch screen have stopped working. It ended up taking 4 weeks for them to get my laptop back to me. I kept calling over that 4 week period to get a price estimate and they said they would have someone call me back with the price...they never did. Definitely not a good choice for SP repairs.

My laptop screen got shattered, and, being in college, time was a big issue for me. The first place I went gave me an estimate of 2-4 weeks. I didn't have the kind of time. I found Monkey Bytes online and I was told that they would order the parts and it would take about 3-5 days for them to get there. After the parts arrived, I dropped my laptop off on Saturday and got a call around 2pm on Monday saying it was finished. They even asked if I wanted them to run a virus scan for me before I picked it up. I could not be happier with the service I received at Monkey Bytes! I'm sure I will be coming back with any future issues I have with my computer.
