Absolutely Terrible Service. Waited an hour to pay a bill and had no help at all. One of the male workers even helped a woman who came in LONG after us most likely because she was "pretty." It wasn't even busy, there was only 2 other people. NEVER coming back here again.

Bad customer service never again one gentlemen never took care of us we just came to get exchange on our phones took an hour for them to get to us I don't recommend this bad bad customer service. WOW......

Walked in and 3 of the female employees looked at me. Not once did they say we'll be right with you or welcome. Nothing! Waited 10 minutes and still nothing.  There were 3 customers and 6 employees so, I don't get the having to wait.... this isn't the first time this happens at this T-Mobile location!

Setup an appointment online for 11am today.  Came to the store and didn't know they opened at 11 so sat in my car and waited 5 mins.  Walked to the store at 11 on the dot and still closed even though the lady was there getting cash register prepared.  Waited until 11:02AM and doors still locked.  Walked back to my car and as I was backing out the lady finally open the door.  Thanks but no thanks, my time is important to me and I expect you to be open at 11 and not at 11:04am, especially when I setup an appointment online.
