George the manager and Alma were spectacular. I was very pleased,
amazing customer service and the energy!
 This is my first time visiting this location and I was astonished. I might have came in angry however I left beyond content. Customer service refused to help me out and various locations gave me the run around. I have been without a cellular phone for over a month I was out of options and almost made the mistake of switching to Verizon but me and my wife decided to stop here on our way to Oakbrook Mall as we have heard this is a Sprint store with a technician. We received the top of the line service and both representatives really help us out and got us a resolution. The passion in these guys work was incredible and I can’t thank them enough.

Can't thank enough the staff of Oakbrook Sprint. They were absolutely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got my phone on time. I am very pleased with their service. My personal thanks to Isaiah and Cecilia for being so patient and helpful. Thank you again for a wonderful service.

Isaiah went over & beyond when I was upgrading my phone on 11/4/17. We were in the store for quite a few hours while he got everything straightened out with my account. His customer service skills are impeccable. He would make a great manager for one of your stores. Also the manager Alex & other worker Cecilia were wonderful as well, they worked very well together helping each other out. All of them should be commended for their great service.

I asked the young lady to turn down the heat and it became an altercation between her and Isaiah until she had to correct him that it was per customers request how dicgusting is that young mans attitude. the store was blazing hot I was uncomfortable he then made me feel more uncomfortable starting and argument with her sorry but I am hot! I then called and asked to speak to a manager, Isaiah answered and insisted on helping me I had to repeat to him I want a manager several times he refused I get it he wants to help me but I WOULD LIKE A MANAGER I'm simply never returning to this location even with that beautiful re model I will be taking my 15  years of service. The lady was great but the comments that were made to her over my request were unnecessary. I am very disappointed and want someone to contact me most likely a manager via email or a phone call. bring victor and Adam back they are legends !!!!
