This store for sometime had quality. However recently during my visit to the store T-Mobile team member Victor was not only rude but was also threatening and his customer service skills were well below any T-Mobile team member that as ever worked at any of the locations. He refused to render service and also told me to leave the store his attitude was beyond less than professional his speech and behavior doesn't equate to professional behavior. Besides this he had a terrible odor which hygiene is important when working in customer service. The store has taken a turn the store used to have very professional team members that exemplified professionalism and proper behavior. Now while the newer team members are coming to the store they need to be re-trained on their work ethic and behavior while at work also about proper work hygiene. This was terrible I hope the manager hires more qualified personnel in the near future. I wouldn't go to this store if I were a perspective customer there are better locations nearby. Corporate needs to investigate this store more often to keep the quality of personnel up to par. I was a customer at this location for years and its recent change is taking the store in a downward spiral. While the manager is great the staff needs a better face lift. The staff previously there had great customer skills and it's not always "what you say is how you say it" especially when dealing with clients/customers. Fabreeze the store and get a better team member. Victor needs to find employment elsewhere or receive training on etiquette and presentation and demeanor and also a hygiene lesson.

Ashley was awesome! Our visit was on November 18, 2017. She thoroughly helped us and was knowledgeable. Best service we've ever had! And we've had bad ones before (not from this store branch but the other one nearby.) My preferred location for sure.

There is something wrong with the kids that work in this store. Vindictive attitude with the way they speak and the actions they choose to take. Long time 14 years customer of T-Mobile and I feel like a stranger. I got to bring this company a new customer and they don't ask us to choose a certain phone number or do we prefer to keep our old number which 99.99999 times out of 10, people want to keep their old phone number. These kids just Willy bully give you any phone number without asking you if you would like to keep old number or if there is a number you prefer. Then when calling on the phone they become very argumentative and ask you to do cartwheels and back flips to get anything done. My next choice for a phone will be somewhere else and I suggest everyone to stay away from the likes of these people. They don't know anything about customer service.

Today on September 26th @ 6:30pm, I visited this place to pick a Tuesday Freebie. There were 3 customers and 2 assoctaves were there. I notified the aasociate(Sarah) for the check in purpose. The associatemail told me to wait couple of minutes, since she was helping a customer. She let me wait for 20 minutes as she was helping the customers in a lazy way. I have felt that she was purposely delaying it. It took her 10 minutes to install screen protector with too much gossips. I appreciate TMobile freebies but not when they waste half an hour of people. Theven purpose of freebie is to make customers happy instead of upsetting them.

They made it easy switching carriers without any unreasonable fees. Very happy with their service so far.
