I stopped into this location to see what wireless chargers they had in stock for my Galaxy s8, while I was there I asked about the white static I get when I plug the aux cord from my radio into my phone. Apparently this is a huge problem with the phone and there are several tech forms about this issues I found after I discovered the static. What they suggested online wasn't doing anything for me. So I thought I would ask them. Apparently that was a bad idea. 
They told me they had no idea that it was an issue with the phone and they don't do repairs and to take it out to Florence for an exchange if I 'have such a huge issue with it.' I don't really have a huge issue with it, I just wanted to know if there was something I could do to solve the issue. 
Instead of helping me, they told me to go to Florence, dismissed the issue with the phone, and gave me attitude. 
Apparently these people are selling phone without actually knowing the pros and cons of the phone, and the issues that some phones have. 
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received.

The staff at this store is so helpful!! I frequently come in this store to take care of my wireless needs. I just went in today to pre-order the S8. The rep was informative and quick in putting my order in. He also went above and beyond what I would expect by cleaning my phone and case!!

Great customer service and friendly people here. Would recommend this store over any other in our area. If your thinking about joining sprint or upgrading  your device come check out the Ft. Wright location.

Would Highly recommend this location!! Staff just has an outstanding attitude and store manager Ms. Delcupp is the reason for the entire experience.!!!

I had the privilege of working with the associates at thr Ft. WRIGHT Sprint location today. I stopped in to see if they could fix my tablet. I left with a new tablet and new phone. Also, they saved me $44 on bill. They are a great group to work with.
