All of employee are so mean in this store! Today I met the most rude associate named Telisa or so in store. She apparently don’t know any promotion going on in store. After my “friendly” remind, she finally “remember” to give me the promotion discount which apparently running everywhere is store. She didn’t know how many dollars she applied when scan a store brochure. I asked her to confirm how much discounted did she applied. She just said “don’t you see yourself?!” Of course I can’t see anything on my side of screen. I don’t know how much is the subtotal before and after discount. She said she don’t know also. She just kept saying she did everything and just try to scan the silly tag again and again with the most rude attitude and ugly face looking at a customer who gave her business and refuse to apologize. This is the most ridiculous person I’ve ever met. I hope Saks will run out of business sooner because they don’t know how to hire a helpful and kind hearted employee like Macy’s and Nordstrom do.

Purchased item online. Paid expedided shipping. They shipped late also sent wrong item to include the item being damaged and used. spoke to their customer service in Elsalvator and India over 5 times with no results. Took merchandise to their store in south coast plaza. Recipe says return to store. store manager Anthony who was super rude said we don’t accept returns from online purchases. What a ripp off and joke. Called my credit card company and disputed the charges. So happy Amazon is killing the retail business.
