Updating my review. Had a guy named Kusham. (Not exactly sure how to spell it). He gave me a great deal with a free device and 3 accessories with my new phone upgrade. He was super nice and friendly. Knowledgable and helped a lot. The other two guys were good too. I used to hate going into wireless stores because it takes so long. But it was worth it. Thanks! Keeva

Had a great experience working with kusham Vyas and he did all he could to save me money. Will be back to get hum and tab from him. Loved the experience. Also the DM Britt was amazing as well. Great store.

Like others, I would give this place no stars if possible. They are dishonest in their practices and are awful to customers once they get their money.. I have two specific issues with them. First, I was supposed to get a screen protector with my new phone, but they didn't have the right one in stock. The salesman said he would get one and call. Nothing. I go back, speak to him, he says the same thing. Nothing. Again, I talk to a different guy. Same. Finally, I go back to deal with my second issues and deal with a manager. Now they have one, but I'm told that since the sales guy didn't invoice it properly they are "giving it to me" and it can't be brought back, exchanged, etc. if there is a problem. How is it my fault that their salesman didn't do thing properly? Its not. But they aren't willing to take any responsibility. The bigger issues is that, while getting my phone, the salesman pushed this Hum device on me. I didn't ask about, didn't want it. He presented it as if it were a free add on with the new phone, so I figure, why not? and I accept it. Then I get my first bill and its not free at all! I was with Verizon online at the time so I started a chat with someone there, asking just to have the service on it cancelled without having to pay a penalty. That person agrees, but says I have to go to the store. They give me a reference number for the chat. The store refuses to honor this agreement. They try to turn it around so that its the online agent's fault. The manger says they are going to put in some sort of form to contact that person and I'll hear more. Its a week later and nothing. I don't think they submitted any form, that was just to get rid of me. The manager says someone has to pay the cancellation fee, It should be their salesperson!
