Overstaffed and understocked. 

Customer service was sub-par. Employees just stood around the cash register and printing area instead of greeting patrons or answering questions. I felt like I was bothering the employee to radio a team member to answer my question. Granted, I visited 15 minutes after opening, so maybe they were still waking up.
Additionally, I wasn't able to purchase the amount of what I needed because there was only one item in stock.

I submitted something yesterday...I called today to check on it...you guys didn't bother reaching out to tell me that I had to do extra steps? You didn't bother even replying to the email to tell me you couldn't complete the order. Talk about HORRIBLE customer service...and now I will have to wait until Monday to even MAYBE get my business cards? I have an event this weekend and I have always used staples for this type of thing because I was always impressed with the results. I will not be using staples any more. Which is too bad for you since I am starting a business and would have been printing A LOT.
