Could spend hours in best buy. One comment/question... Why does it seems employees approach you when you don't need help, yet when you do, they're nowhere to be seen?

I have been a customer of Best Buy for decades. From Chicago, Savage, MN, Council Bluffs, IA, Omaha, NE and Rochester, MN. I always buy my cameras, computers, monitors, lenses, storage devices, tablets and accessories at Best Buy. It's not the price, but the trust I place in the staff.  I call it the Best Buy culture. If a new person doesn't know the answer they are quick to get me someone who does. Huzzar!

Purchased 2 gps devices for $300.  Ended up needing to return them. They told me not to take it to the store but rather they would send me a label and envelope to send it back. Waited and waited for the refund. They claimed to never have recieved them. Out the $300 and if you google Best Buy you will find they lost a class action lawsuit for this exact same reason. I have not and will not ever shop Best Buy EVER again!!

So I can into best buy to get a new tv and sound system I'm not the best with Technology but I like watching tv sports and the news so I thought I was time to get a new tv so me and the wife came into the store to get a tv. Got greeted at the door by the nice gental man at the door went to the back to look at the tv's and never once was I asked for help. So I had to go the the desk to ask for help there was 3 or 4 of them just talking away. So then I finally got someone to talk to me and he knew what he was talking about and we got checked out then went to the front and he left us at the door and said someone will be up here to help me. I was like what your kidding me. Went and got the car and came back in and no one there and then another guy came up very nice and polite and sad sorry about the wait. 
So best buy please work on customer service. if you sell me the product just finish what you started and help me put it I to the car.I will come back and shop again but not happy about this. Thank you.
