This pharmacy is horrible. Don't go here at all costs. Go to a different location is you have to go through CVS. They are rude, leave you on hold or ever and even the manager Lupe is rude. If you can't be nice to people don't be in customer service do a back office job where you are not interacting with customers.

I should have known after the last time coming here not to come back. My previous experience is it took 2 days without any phone call to find out my script was ready all along. This time I phoned in for a refill of the same script. On the way there I dropped my wife's script at Walgreens. While waiting in line at CVS I get a phone call from Walgreens saying that hers is already ready. I get up to the counter and find that they hadn't started mine and that it would be an hour before they fill it. I expressed my concern to the manager who said he would expedite my request. I SAT there for another hour and finally went back to the line to see what was going on. My script was ready and sitting in the basket with no announcement despite them being able to clearly see me sitting in the chair the whole time.
