They had some communication issues which forced me to make a return trip, but they apologized and handled the situation well, no big deal. Otherwise they were professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Unlike some BIG Other places they didn't try to sell me on gimmicks (air is already 80% nitrogen!), or high margin brands, and they worked with me on getting the best price around. Nobody really wants to buy tires but they made it painless, and made me a returning (returning) customer. Good job Discount Tire.

Great shop! I've purchased 5 sets of tires here and am always treated great. The sales staff works hard to find the best tires in my budget and service is fast and friendly. They're busy but if you make an appointment it makes things much smoother.

Be forewarned this location can be extremely busy. Brought my car in twice. The first time I was hoping to have a nail in my tire patched. Unfortunately, just to inspect the car took over half the day. Was then told it wasn't repairable and that they wouldn't be able to get the tire in and have it replaced the same day. Second time was more pleasant, however, they made a mistake and forgot to replace a tire. Was stuck waiting again. Would've gave a bad rating but they made sure to expedite my car and profusely apologized.

This is a great place. One tech came out to help me as I was just down the street with a flat and help put a spare on. It was great. He really hustled. I so appreciated this. HOWEVER, once I got to the center it was frustrating. I was told 30-45 min. After 45 min my car had not been pulled up. I was there before several other people and they left before me. I could see there was some battle going on with the managers and techs. It seemed like they were pushing other customers before others and switching priority. I saw people getting tipped by customers a substantial about of money. It made me wonder. This is a great location but clearly something is awry ..

Once again the people at this store went above and beyond expectations. It was an hour before closing time on a Friday afternoon. I expected to just drop off a flat tire for repair and return the next day. They worked me in, repairing the tire, swapped out the spare and stored the spare underneath the truck. All for no charge. I've been to Discount tire stores around the country and this actually what you can expect from them most of the time. It's still nice and unexpected to see customer servie elevated to this level.
