I would never order from them again, they ordered me the wrong parts twice, and when I went back to get my money they would not give me the cash I had to go back on my debit card and we all know how long that takes so I was out $400 for three days

I have used this store many times and have always found them to be extremely helpful. I can only assume the previous reviewer (Ron) misunderstood somehow or there is more to this tale than is being mentioned. Having worked in a auto parts store I can tell you that the barcode on the product has nothing to do with customer information and is merely used in the system to identify the product when scanned to bring up the price in the system, although if it was purchased there would be a record under the customers phone number , the fact that it was a Carquest battery only means they made it, it does not mean the person with it was the original purchaser and the warranty does not transfer. I will continue to shop there and I suggest that other at least give it a try.

Please don't shop there, I just brought a battery purchased there for warranty. The clerk said I needed my receipt, even though they keep records of sales and the battery had a bar code which would identify the purchaser. Plus they are the only ones who have the CARQUEST brand batteries. I am the president of a 3000 member HOA and I just put out a warning to all of our members not to shop there. These days with the very stiff competition for business, customer service should be first. I went to OReilly and asked if they required and they said there computer and the bar code records all battery purchases. And to top it all off the clerk was very rude and indifferent. Shame on you.
