Drinks were pretty good, typical Starbucks. Service was not so amazing. I waited several minutes, watching the cashier text, look up and see me, and then go back to the text.  She finally sighed and stepped up to the cash register. I almost walked out, but got the coffees and teas anyway because of the cold. Seemed to be some hostility between employees as well. I rarely give a bad review, because we've all had a bad day at work, and we've all made mistakes. But exaggerated sighs and fake smiles take the same amount of effort, and they were far from busy. I'd go across the street to the Target Starbucks if you need Starbucks and prefer to not upset the barista with your presence.

When  the barista a handed me my drink, I asked for a water. and apologized for not asking earlier when I ordered. She relied like oh no problem.. and continued to fill drive thru orders with no glance my way, or "be right with you". so I stood there awkwardly, as the other 2 workers made glaces as to why  I was standing with my finished drink for 5 mins...  I wanted to sit and get a good spot but didn't want to put my stuff down/ didn't want loose the time I already spent standing there.   There was about 3 other guest in the whole building not busy... Guess Ill get over my self and ask for a water now that its been an hour and 2 other worker took over the ladies.

Service and quality has always been great. 4 stars because the parking situation needs to be dealt with. I’ve recommended implementing temporary parking for mobile orders (5 or 10 minute) to corporate because I always mobile order but can never find anywhere to park my car just to run in. However, they haven’t done anything about it.

Really poor service. None of the niceties that one would expect. Staff made me feel very out of place. Far from what Starbucks would want their customers to feel.

Not on par with other starbucks, do your self a favor and go across the street to the one inside target. These kids working cannot even get an order correct.
