Terrible customer service never knows what they are doing had to call their support team 3 times over last 3 months about their customer service inside location. Been coming to this location for 4 years and this last 6 months there has been HORRIBLE. There are plenty of other food locations that are around this one.

Sandwiches never disappoint! I get the wait can be long, depending on the time of day, but usually it's nothing too crazy. However, depending on who you get at the counter, can be great or rough. Some cashiers are friendly, while others are lacking social skills. Regardless, food is good, so I'll keep coming back.

You am usually a fan of firehouse and frequent often where I used to live. Stopped in for what I thought would be a quick in and out. The lady at the register couldn't comprehend what "only seasoning meant" as she asked if I wanted meat and cheese. No, I just want seasoned bread thanks. NO! 

Well I understand there is online order. So maybe have two people working on that online order great. Why is there 3 or four team members standing around?! So I get asked if I am waiting on something. No, I just sitting here with nothing else to do on my Sunday but sit in a restaurant and look at a wall. 

So tell me why I waited twenty minutes for my sub. I can tell you why, because Three team members were too stuck in personal conversation to take care of the paying customer. Wait until I find out who owns this location.

Got food poisoning here in July. I called corporate headquarters and they couldn't of cared less-so I posted on their FB page and my post mysteriously was deleted. Please do a search on Firehouse subs and food poisoning and then decide if you want to eat at this franchise at any location ever again. Since Firehouse Subs corporate did not care about my food poisoning incident--I had to call somebody who did--THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.  Also-it was so stifling-miserably hot inside the day I went back for my refund.

The new management has definitely made a difference. We already loved eating here for lunch,  but now will definitely start catering more!
