This store is amazing. I like a lot of the below reviewers had a not so stellar experience in the past at this location. I ran into a situation that I had to go into Winter Garden location as I was pressed for time. I went into the store expecting the same glum attitudes. I was surprised by the drastic change. Dukes and fellow staff have been on the ball. I think the biggest turn around in this store is management. Chris runs the store in such a way that it creates a positive vibe you can see in the attitude of his staff. Happy staff is a key component in great customer service. I have also been impressed with Chris's follow through on several things he has worked directly on for me.

I really wanted to come give five stars because our experience in the store was great. We were switching from AT&T to Verizon. I bought a new phone and my husband brought his The person helping us said he could unlock it there, but that it would take 24-48 hours to take affect. He gave us a temporary number to use in the mean time along with the number to call to port his number after the device was unlocked and a new SIM card. He said to wait until Monday (it was on a Saturday) and to call the number or if we wanted we could come back in the store and he would port the number for us. We called the number to port the phone this afternoon and were told by an automated machine that no request to port the number had been created. We tried again and got the same result. I tried to call the location we went to and my call was redirected to corporate. I spent the next hour and a half on the line with Verizon being told again and again that the phone could not have been unlocked in the store by a Verizon employee. While on the phone we went to the closest Verizon store who said the same thing. While on the phone with Verizon they created the new port request but could not get the sim to activate with his phone (due to it apparently not being unlocked). Well since they created the new port request, that cancelled his old service... however his new service is also still not available. What did the guy in the store do??? Why did he tell us he unlocked the phone there? Why did he give us a temporary number? Why did he give us a new SIM card and the phone number to call to port his number? Very disappointing and a terrible first impression to new customers. Regretting switching service providers already.

Although the sales person really wanted to help the store has 2 very poor area. Under staffed and technical problems. Both times I was in there were computer glitches. One time with credit card machine down. The next was computer speed and ability to finish the sale. Far below my expectations.

Worst place ever! The manager is rude along with the employees. Very bad service! Run run! Please do not purchase any products from this store.

Johnathon is really good at selling you a new phone but extremely inept and resolving a problem when a new phone does not work, dont waste your time or money at this location.
