I bought some shirts and ties, and had some alterations done on a suit. The staff helped me out, the alterations were done on time. No complaints.

I was very disappointed in the customer service at this store. After I realized that the alterations to my Tux where done incorrectly I made a comment about the experts work and instead of an apology for my inconviniece I was sternly corrected on the years of expertise of the alterator. Here's a little piece of advise Men's Warehouse management, ( who by the way never showed face) the only thing keeping you and your coworkers employed and keeping Online stores from taking your jobs is a little thing called "Customer Service", nothing else. People are not going to continue to walk through your doors to pay for your overpriced garments unless they are getting a bit more than just a greeting. So in another ten years when no one is buying at your stores remember, you have no one but yourself to blame.
UPDATE: I received a request from MW to call them and discuss my experience. I was connected to Josue who did a great job. Josue listened without interrupting and was actually empathetic and sympathetic to my experience. He also offered to award me $100 worth of points for my inconvenience which I refused but he awarded to my accounts regardless. He also didn't ask me to take down my review which showed character on their part. I truly hope MW management can improve on their stores' customer service so they can learn how to treat customers like Josue.

I have purchased four jackets from here within four years and they are all still in great condition. However, the service here, DEPENDING on who is helping you, can make or break your experience. I forget names (sorry!) but one gentleman helped me who was outstanding and professional. Other times, I have been stuck with a guy who was awkward at making small talk, and not the best in suggestions. BUT the clothes last and that's what matters.

Lauren was amazing! So helpful and friendly, even laughed at all of my fiancés silly jokes 😂 the hand written thank you note in the mail today was just a nice topper on an already great experience!

I like the tie collection.  I've had some issues with some of the pants.  The shirts are OK.  I wouldn't call it amazing clothing, but at the price point it's a good value.  "You're going to like the way you look" is an apt slogan. You'll like the way you look, but might not love it.
