not sure why this location gets low stars on here -- baristas are very courteous.  I went at a slow hour and I had a couple gift cards that I didn't know the balance of and my barista checked both of the balances on them for me without me asking  Will be going back here. Thanks so much

I didn't get the chance to see the manager's name when the young lady who was waiting on me I had a question about some gift cards. I asked her could I go ahead and get the gift cards and come back later to reload them, I didn't want that specific gift card to be gone before the Christmas rush so that I may load it later for seven School teachers that my kids have. The manager reached over and commented they needed to all be loaded before taking the cards away, that really wasn't the issue it was the way she handled the situation very ugly and rude. I ended up getting all the cards and the cups to go along with the cards so that my kids teachers would have them in time for Christmas. The manager act as if I couldn't afford the 7  ten dollar gift cards I had already bought 12 cups to go with the cards. Extremely rude!! I just moved into this area however I will never go to that Starbucks ever again!!

Along with my self, several other cars were waiting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. There was no sign or blockage that said the location was closed today, the lights were on as well. I’m very confused as to how they run this establishment because this isn’t the first time they have closed the store with out notice. I’m okay with the location being closed when needed, obviously. But at the very least, put out a sign! They do this too often.  Sometimes I get lucky and get a good tasting drink and other times it’s so bad and makes my stomach hurt, I only go to this one because it’s the closest one to me. But I guess I will just go somewhere else.

So i went to my local krogers and decided that the weather called for some hot cocoa. I was also not in the mood to make my own so the convience of starbucks inside kroger was a perfect mix. I waited at the counter while there was nobody in line and the starbucks employee clearly seeing me in line decided that restocking her cups and straws and other things was more important than to acknowledge a customer. Given i wad in no hurry i over looked it and decided to not say anything. I then ordered 2 large hot cocoas as i got in my car having loaded my groceries, from time of purchase to taking sip was 3mins or less, took a sip of the cocoa and was saddly more dissatisfied and disappointed in the trip as the cocoa was luke warm at best and not even a full cup. Saddly both cups of coca were made luke warm at best, and not even full cups. Saddly will not be getting anything from the starbucks inside kroger. Would appear the standard of starbucks is not at the same level would find inside a regular starbucks.

My local joint. Pretty clean relative to some that I go to. Baristas are cool too, actually nice and welcoming which is not really the standard in a lot of stores.

Not recommended. Service is slow, usually out of supplies. Prefer the service at the Kroger location better. Come on Starbucks.

Ordering through the app was unavailable and the drive through was closed/ blocked with a drink sign. It was around 3:45pm. The drive through line seems to be closed almost every time we try to go.

Very slow in store service. When order online to pick up- they don’t make your order until you’re in line, which makes order ahead pointless.

What coffee shop can’t make hot coffee. Especially when it’s 24° out, no one wants iced coffee right now. I knew I should’ve gone to the Starbucks down the street because this one always sucks and now I have to wait in a line so I can leave to go get another coffee. This location is trash

So did a mobile order before left the house because I knew they would be busy.  Well let's just say not worth it at all!  I have always loved Starbucks but waiting 55 minutes for a drink is not worth it.  Everyone close to the counter touching and breathing on all the drinks to find their name.  Remember the tops still have openings.  After that long wait my husband had to get a refund because his drink was never made.  The organization needs to really be better prepared for busy days.
