Excellent location..beauty exterior design as is the indoor design! Very fresh and modern! Ample sitting and chilling room! Great group of baristas!! Will be definitely coming back to this location!!

You get more than you pay for!  It’s easy to deem a new Starbucks as just another location. Im sure you and I are similar, have been to multiple locations and we know exactly what the experience should be. Then out of nowhere, an outlier is built. Nestled in the heart of suburbia Cypress; a new starbucks that is bucking the status quo. The owner spared no expense in ensuring complete speed, efficiency, and most importantly, comfort. From leather seating, foot rests, +50 seating areas. 2 or 4 to 8 person seating isn’t the major claim. The owner ensured in door, natural light, in sun, or under a covered area- available for any mood you may be in. Don’t be fooled, this is a Starbucks. Same great bites to eat, coffee flavors, excellent and polite service crew. This is just 3 locations in one. Literally, it’s 3x larger and 300x better than any location I have been to.  Don’t let the size confuse you about the operational efficiency. Park and leave the car running, with multiple ordering and check outs- you can be gone in minutes. If you need to study, work, meet to chat, or decompress. This location is and should be your first stop. Sorry if I sound like a late night infomercial. I usually don’t stick around as most locations don’t have the capacity. But this past weekend, my wife and enjoyed a great downtime, conversation, and comfort.  - Parking is easy actually they have too much - VERY SAFE Area Crime? What is that - Speed Speed Speed - Bathroom A+ I would go bare bottom for a deuce - First class comfort - Power- It’s not an airport like most locations

There is an actual Starbucks in the same parking lot that will serve you shaved ice and call it a frappacino if you prefer that. But if you want a good one, go to Kroger!

Note - this is the location inside Kroger, not the stand alone building across the parking lot. Don’t come here for the full Starbucks experience, but for the convenience of a delicious beverage. The line can get long at times but they’re usually on top of everything. Selection can be limited but service is great!

This Starbucks is normally filled with happy people. I guess it makes a real difference coming at night rather the morning well I won’t stopping here in the evening ever again shout out to the morning crew your mid day shift is rude ……

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not only did we wait for over 45 minutes for FIVE DRINKS but the cashier guy was also very rude & disrespectful. Never have I heard the rule “you can’t order more than 4 drinks through a drive thru” I’ve personally been to plenty of Starbucks & ordered more than 4 drinks without a problem. DO NOT COME HERE!!

This Starbucks is so slow. They take forever. Employees are always messing around. 30 minutes for an ice coffee is insane. This location is literally 10 steps away from my job, but I'll go to the one down the street because it'll be faster.

Placed my order online for my friend to pick up for me. When she got there the lady was extremely rude and kept yelling at her for not knowing MY order. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for definitely should work better on their customer service

Great place, great design but SUPER unfriendly staff. Order taker was pushy with no smile. Constant repeats of “is that all for you” no feeling of them wanting to make you a drink much less a good one.
