i made a curbside order at 7:20-7:25 this morning & it took them over 10 minutes to get out my medium iced coffee & cinnamon roll. the coffee was watered down and had no ice & my cinnamon roll was “expired” just based on the sticker i get that it was busy so i’m not mad but just a little disappointed.

Went in got the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and it was an old chicken patty went in this morning to have them remake it because they don't answer their phone and the chicken patty I got now is just as bad not a place I would spend my money the one on the left was from last night the one on the right is worse it's old

McDonald's does a good job serving its drive thru customers. The one in Magnolia TX is incredibly crowded at lunchtime but manages to keep the line moving. Food is Mickey D's  - you know what your getting and it's usually pretty good.Food: 3/5

No more Smiles, the end of Good Service. The friendly welcoming smiles and greetings from the staff are now replaced by a cold, unfriendly kiosk. You are expected to take your own order and check yourself out... where is the service. Next time they will have you cleaning the tables, bathrooms, and parking lot too.

To the crew that worked on 9-14-2022 at 3:15pm Simply thank you. On the way home from picking the kiddos up from school we periodically stop and try different mcdonalds as we haven't been happy with the surrounding locations. You all  had the freshest and hottest fries, my quarter pounder with cheese and bacon looked as if it was just removed from the grill. Bacon was crispy and the sauce and pickles were fresh. My blue raspberry icee was solid. I know many people only take time to pin bad reviews when they are not satisfied and they rarely take time to put up good reviews, but today you all got it right. If this crew can maintain this level of service you all could literally corner the McDonald franchise market in the surrounding area. I was thoroughly surprised to see a 3.5 star rating. I hope you all are on the rise and that changes to a 4.8.... Making this a norm would put the other locations out of service if they don't pick it up. Thanks again for the fresh food and the level at which you all reached today.

t is bad customer service, more when you look for something between 2 and 3 am where they put 24-hour hours, I spent almost 30 minutes waiting for them to attend me, I hoped that the bad experience would not happen to them, which one of the employees saw that we were there, they did not attended it will be that they practice the old denigrate a person

Burgers should never be raw because bacteria lives on the surface area of the meat. This is why it's ok to eat a rare steak but NOT GROUND BEEF!

One of the worst McDonald's ever.. Never has gone there without leaving with a wrong order. It is just mind boggling. Sometimes it's been months before returning and they still gotten orders even after asking before leaving are they sure the order is right. Check you orders every time before leaving this place.

They get orders wrong consistently. The phone application hardly ever works correctly, especially pay by app.  My coffee has grounds in it 3 out of 5 times...even when they "just brewed fresh decaff"! Most of the staff is unfriendly.  They charge you incorrectly if you don't catch it first....good luck getting a deal correctly charged.....and then they argue with you about anything wrong.  Been dealing with this horrible location for over 20 years!

I have been there twice.  Both times it was dirty.  Last time I went, the young male employee saw me waiting to order and decided to finish his conversation about his tattoos for another 30 seconds before coming over to serve me.  Terrible service.  Unclean tables and counters.
