We ordered a grandê pink drink, was like $5.50.  Most expensive cup of ice I've ever bought.   What a shame.  I can understand keeping the drink cold, but filling the entire cup with ice is completely overboard, I've attached pic, what do y'all think?

This location recently became drive thru only due to the area this store is located. With that said, I had an amazing experience here and I came towards the end of the day and the manager I spoke to Zaria was the sweetest person and needs a raise! She was so compassionate and explained the menu and gave me drink recommendations she was truly a kind soul and I hope she stays with the company because they need more people like her.

So I’ve been coming here for awhile. The people use to be amazing. They’ve become very rude in personable. I thought it was just a fluke. The last three times my coffee has only been half full for a Venti, yesterday I got my coffee and the lid fell off spilling all over me. This morning I got a cold cheese danish, girl just super rude! I’m aware that they just changed management, definitely no excuse for their behavior and nasty ways. When you try to address the issue, they tell you it’s not their problem! OK Starbucks I didn’t want to make this yucky post because you do have one good worker in there, but I won’t be back!

As a gold card member I have visited several starbucks and I've visited this one 3 times whenever I am in the area. And I wish it was closer. The drinks are beyond delicious. I would say closer to phenomenal. It brings shame to other starbucks. And I came 4 minutes before closing. Normally I would never go so late, however I had a migraine and the only thing that helps is sweet sugary coffee. Friday night, I want to say Alan was their name, taking our order and assured me it was okay to order right before closing. I expected the drink to not be as delicious since it was so late however it blew me away. Thank you to the stellar service and to whomever made my drink? thank you from the bottom of my heart. Perfection is hard to come by, but you nailed it.

This store has not reopened since Covid. Every time I have been here, customers are compelled to use the drive through which creates a staggeringly long wait line. As an app user, I prefer to pre-order and then just park and go in for pick up, but here there is no such option. Yes, you can walk up and try to get someone to bring your order put, but there is no advantage in that since you must stand at the door and wait for someone to look your way. I try to avoid this location as much as possible.

Today I stopped at this store on Bolton & Blanding.  My sandwich was not wrapped just thrown in a bag.  No, I did not eat.  3rd time I ordered bagel and you did not have. NEVER AGAIN...

They’ve messed up my order too many times this week. I order an iced chai tea, I get some pumpkin drink I hated. I ordered TWO ICED DRINKS and got TWO HOT DRINKS. I have an important test today, and all I wanted was my drink. Two chances to get it right, both failed. Overall, the quality of the drinks, and the ability to read instructions seems to be lacking at this location lately.

Placed an order thru the app. The inside store is closed, drive thru only. 8 cars in drive thru. I guess the coffee waitress was having a bad day. I kindly asked her; when will the store be opened back inside? her response; in a sarcastic tone with a smile; never. Stay away from this Starbucks. Coffee is not good, service is worse.Food: 1/5

Amazing friendly staff. They know me by name, and the drink is always amazing that I get! Very fast too. This is my go to before college classes. Definitely makes my morning!Recommended dishesCoffee

Just a heads up if you see the building being painted be careful. Went through the drive-through yesterday morning and the building was being SPRAY painted and now I have white paint ALL over the front end and side of my gray Mustang.
