We purchased a 2013 Honda Civic from these guys in late 2014. The car was practically new - it only had 19K miles - and we paid a fair price for it. The car has been reliable from day one, with no problems at all. Additionally, they let us trade in our 2009 Honda for a very fair price. I think they may have overpaid. We will definitely be returning to look for our next vehicle.

It was a little hard to call in and talk to someone  but once I managed to talk to someone the associate was friendly. The advisor was honest explained everything that was going to be done and the costs. They have a shuttle  service that sounds awesome.  I called other Honda dealers and felt pressured like they were trying to upsell me. The chairs in the lobby are comfy and TV was pretty nice.

There is a sticker on the window says" ask me about express service"!! Not worry to ask, because they will say how busy they are during lunch time ,I should bring my car at 7:00 am! I kept asking then why you put the sticker on your window about express service. I called them before I go, they told me 1 hour 15 max! I check with them after one and half hours, they said almost done in 10 minutes! Guess what,
 I waited 2 hours for the "express" service for simple oil change! 

I am giving 2 starts instead of one because they have a quite waiting lounges.

Not recommended unless you want to go 7:00 am !!

great place to go too went in with Christian Rios he was very attentive and very helpful if anyone wants to buy or lease this is the place to go to there helpful and kind and make the process go buy very smooth.

Samuel was extremely helpful. We were a little indecisive on what car/color we wanted but he was able to help us make the right choice. He went over everything with us and we didn't even have one question left to ask. Thanks guys!
