Pays to have excellent people. 

 I ended up purchasing two cars from Tustin Mazda.  First of all, I want to say the place was very busy.  I was expecting to be put aside, and not taken care of.  Boy, was I wrong!  I met Robert Nelson, my salesman.  He took care of me like family.  Treated me with respect, and listened to everything I had to say.  I originally went in for one car and walked out with two.  The other was a surprise for my daughter and he helped make it special for her.  The planning and thoughtfulness that he displayed were awesome.  An experience like no other.

Robert is a fantastic employee.  He is very customer oriented and accommodating.  I was thankful I had the chance to work with him. 

Plus!  During the busy weekend, there was a person who was supporting the staff.  Getting people BBQ, from the grill, water, help with a salesperson.  Anything anyone wanted he was there to help.  His name was John Patterson.  The owner of the dealership.  What a classy guy.

Now I know why this dealership was busy.  With John Patterson and Robert Nelson there, it shows why they run a top-notch car dealership!  I thank you both for your help, kindness, and support!!

This was my first time buying a car and my first Mazda car ever! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Frog at Tustin Mazda. He was very personable and treated me well from the moment I first stepped on the lot to when I was ready to make a purchase. Before we test drove the 2018 Mazda CX 5, he gave me a full walk through of the car, which I really appreciated since I knew nothing about Mazda or the car. I test drove a few cars at different dealerships that day, but my test drive experience with Frog was the most memorable. It felt like I was driving with a friend going for a joy ride. He had great energy and I could tell he was an all around genuine guy that was honest with his customers. He was very knowledgeable too.

I chose Tustin Mazda because they had better reviews and my customer experience with Frog had made a great impression on me. Tustin Mazda was able to offer me a great deal! Everyone was nice and friendly at this dealership.

Great experience, wasn't expecting the straight forward approach. Great deal and great people. Made me feel welcome. Sent 3 people there to look at their offerings. Robert Nelson my sales guy was the best

It was my first time buying a car by myself and everyone at Tustin made the experience as painless as possible! Most especially, Frog at Tustin Mazda was such a fun, diligent, professional, and easy salesperson to work with. I had a busy schedule and he went above and beyond in accommodating me and making sure I got my dream car! I will for sure be recommending him to any of my friends looking for a Mazda.

Heard a lot of good things about OC Mazda, so when I found the car I wanted on their lot I called to set up a test drive. I cannot say enough good things about how everything went. My salesman, who goes by Frog, was nothing short of absolutely amazing and super fun to work with. The entire process was smooth and quick, and once everything was done they pulled my new car up with a little red bow and everything! This place is a prime example of how the experience should be when you buy a car. I highly recommend them.  If you want a fun salesman who is going to get you want you want ask for Frog :D
