Shout out to the great staff at the Joe Harris Subway who saved the day! We walked in with a huge take out order, and they were gracious, fast, and accommodating. Thank you!
Consistency is not their strong point. I don't think they manage their business well as they can't keep the same employees more than 4 weeks it seems. Don't order online even if you have issues with coming into the store as the owner won't issue refunds or be helpful to ensure you return in the future if there ever is an issue. I ordered an apple juice and wrap and I got a child's drink and a ball of food lol.
I’m only giving 3 stars bc most the time I come it’s been great but the past 2 times they’ve messed up & thankfully the first time they fixed it no problem no questions asked. But tonight I made 100% positive to click OFF the marinara sauce on the pizza sub bc it’s the only way I can find to ring up just a pepperoni sub - and even in the comments I wrote NO MARINARA SAUCE ON PEPPERONI SUB PLEASE & Thank you & they still put it on there! I immediately told them it was wrong when I opened my sandwich & they said there’s nothing they could do bc they did nothing wrong! I even showed them on the app exactly how I wrung it up & they still professed they did nothing wrong & wouldn’t just fix it - they say they had to call the owner & I said okay I’ll talk to them to bc I wrung it up right & EVEV on my receipt & their order copy there was NO MARINARA listed- but all the other items down to the type of bread & cheese was on there. Then finally one of the girls said I’ll remake it , then a Hispanic woman came in during all this & they all started speaking Spanish - I guess they thought since I’m just a white girl I wouldn’t know what they were saying but jokes on them bc yes I understood very well what they were saying & they were looking over at me laughing as I checked the sand which they just made to make sure it was right & THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG ! So I just left ! Very displeased with the service I received tonight !
New employees so they weren’t familial at with the menu but with help they got it right. Tasted good. Pricey if you ask me
Had to run a few errands wasn't going to have time to make dinner when I got home so I grabbed us each a sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. My husband tried the new sweet onion steak teriyaki sandwich. He enjoyed it, definitely one of his favorites.

We went into this Subway tonight at 9:30 pm for a quick dinner after our kids sports games- the door, Google, etc say they close at 10 pm on Friday nights. I normally have no issues with this Subway- and the staff are always nice and welcoming. Tonight there was a teenage boy and girl working instead of the usual owners. When we walked in the door they both just starred at us as they were pulling out the sandwich paper, no hellos or anything. They just starred at us... didn't ask what we needed, nothing. I said hello and the young girl rolled her eyes at me. My husband said do you want to eat here? And I said no, not really, now. The young girl ripped off her gloves and went to the back of the restaurant. I don't want the owners to get a bad reputation because of these young kids who don't take pride in their work, or even want to do their job. I don't know how to get in touch with the owners now that it's the weekend, but I hope those kids get a lesson in how you act when you represent someone's business.
The sandwich bread this place have is always soft and perfect size… very helpful employees.. I see some bad reviews but honestly nothing is bad at this place…
Sad to see some of the reviews, but completely understand them. Ordered a footlong cold cut combo...its a common specialty sandwich...the meat should be known its not a "what type of meat would you like," sandwich. Yet was asked. They didn't know what meat came on the cold cut combo and refused to fix the 4 sandwiches ordered. It's like ordering an Italian meatball sandwich and asking what meat would you like. Getting veggies was a mess, 5 employees passing sandwiches and talking not hearing our request. We chose not to tip as they didn't do anything correct. 4 sandwiches, $30 not one thing right. We won't be returning to this location.
The two guy's that took my order was so polite. I think one was being trained. They both done the job with Patience and Respect. GREAT JOB GUY'S. THANK YOU !
