I've ordered pick up from here 3 times now. I just downloaded the app today. It was quick and easy to sign up then order. This particular shop is quick, clean, and all the staff have always been friendly as well as kind. Not a big fan of where the store is located but I can deal just to get a good sandwich. About 4 or 5 tables are inside to eat at, and a pick up for online orders as well. Love this place.

Ordered remotely from Florida for our crew on the railroads up in Georgia and had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Kristen. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. She and her team were able to get three large catering boxes of sandwiches made up for us for lunch with only an hour and a half notice. Thanks again!

Food is delicious as always. But definitely loved the customer service here. It was awesome! The managers here, Kristen and Shelly, not sure if that’s the right spelling lol are super sweet and made sure i had a great lunch.

Friendly employees and the sandwiches were great! Price a little high. 25, 26 buck's for 2 combos but it was good.

UPDATE:  These folks have gotten much better and much more consistent all around.  I never have any problems any longer when going there.  From the get-go my experiences at this place have always feel like they staff are just learning, at least at the register.  This, in turn, leaves you with a kind of insecure feeling about the preparation of your food.  It's been awhile, but I went today, and it's the same as it ever was.  I travel all over the metro Atlanta area, and have gone to JJ's everywhere.  None are even nearly as weak as this place has always been.  Makes you wonder why this particular place can't seem to line up with the quick, sharp staffs at all the other JJ's?  Don't know, except for what I call "The Cartersville Factor."  It's a bummer that the worst JJ's I go to has to be in the town where I live.  Hence, I don't go much.  Just to further update -- honestly, I'd rather praise than complain, but getting sandwiches from here about once a week, I'd say close to half of my orders have the wrong things on them.  Once, they had completely switched the toppings on my wife's and my sandwiches, with some pretty nasty things ending up on a tuna sub.  How do you do that?  As I said in my earlier post, I've never run into these issues at any other JJ's anywhere in the metro ATL area.  People must just come and go working here constantly, because there's seemingly no continuity in the making of the product.  And that's what JJ's is supposed to be all about!

False information I ordered for delivery only to find out 3 minutes after I paid for order they call stating that they have no delivery person but they processed to take my card anyway I’m still waiting on a refund 8 days later

I ordered a sandwich and after waiting an hour I called the restaurant to find out where my lunch was, they told me they were busy but my sandwich was out for delivery,  20 minutes later still no sandwich. Called again the delivery driver claimed she had delivered it, apparently to the wrong apartment cause I never got it. So I just asked for a refund. So disappointing

I LOVE this location!!! I especially feel this way because of the manager Kristen.  We had a little lake party last Saturday and I reached out to the store last Thursday to find out some information on a larger order.  When I called back on Friday she remembered my name and what I was looking to order. We had a few people with dietary concerns such as celiac no gluten disease and a vegetarian. She came in on her day off I think to make sure that none of the things for the lettuce wrap touched the regular make line. All of our sandwiches 8” cut into thirds were individually wrapped and were made perfectly with care. I picked up the order and she stuck around to make certain that I was happy with it. I’m not used to getting this level of service and will certainly return here anytime that I’m in the area or when we have another gathering up there. Thank you for the top notch service and perfectly made sandwiches.

I hadn’t been here in a while and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and attention to detail under the new management. The staff was friendly and super quick. My crazy picky child couldn’t decide and they were so sweet to her. My unwhich was delicious and stayed together to make eating it easy...something many wraps at other places fail to do. I highly recommend checking them out or coming back if you haven’t been by recently!

I love this place! Fresh food made to order and fantastic customer service! Every time I come here I can trust that my order is right and I get service with a smile. I think they must be under a newer management because I didn’t get this type of service before and so that deterred me from being a regular. Now I am!!! 5+ stars for Jimmy Johns now for sure!!!
