Sandwich was good however I ordered online and I was made to get the 20 oz bottle of soda instead of the fountain drink I ordered. I was told I couldn’t get the fountain drink that was CLEARLY listed on the receipt they gave me. Btw working in the restaurant industry the bottled soda costs much more than the fountain drink I wanted. And he watched me to make sure I didn’t get that fountain soda either which in his eyes cost much more he looked 13 so he probably didn’t know the difference between bottled and fountain.
This Subway franchise creates good subs, but is shortstaffed. There is usually a line of 3-4 people when I come in, so perhaps they should consider having two employees up front rather than one. Paid for delivery. Driver told us they were out of drinks and the woman who answered the phone when I called said no refund was being issued, only that we can pick up drinks tomorrow. Asked for Mgr or corporates number only to be told no help will be given. Only after contacting Doordash whom they contract through could we get a refund no thanks to the subway employee. Have had someone run to the door 45 minutes before close and lock it in mine and my fiancés face literally as we were reaching for the handle to enter. Don't bother with subway, you'll be happier someplace else.

Lady was extremely rude to my son and nasty. We put in a mobile order while sitting there and saw we got a free cookie. My son got up to ask if we could get our cookie with the order and she yelled at him. Hen told me it was the situation. It was a three sub order and a cookie how stressed out can you be that you are rude to a boy asking for a cookie? Thanks for making a dinner meal experience HORRIBLE. Then to blame us because your stressed then to blame is for sitting in there waiting and supposedly my son sneezed. His mask was on the whole time. It’s not like he could run out into the lot to sneeze. Rude rude ride
Had ranch on my sub, it was the most meh ranch I have ever had. The rest of the sandwich was pretty good. Miss honey oat. I feel bad for the staff as they weren't exactly the most friendly and I am sure it is partially due to having to wear masks and that you can't see smiles.
This woman who made my sandwich came from the back when I entered store, looked like she was cleaning because no other customers in store. HER GROSS SHIRT kept touching my food 3 times total and I was so tired from a road trip and STARVING, I should have made her redo it. But I didn’t want to get anyone upset and now I wish I did, because I got sick for 2 days straight because of her. Teach your employees not to LET ANYTHING touch their food!!!!! Plus, she didn’t wash her hands. You are supposed to wash hands then put on gloves.
This Subway is cheating people out of their money by make the bread pencil thin and charging more for less. Please don't spend your money with these crooks. This is all on the manager.
Customer service and the man's attitude were terrible from the beginning. I walked in and before ordering I asked the difference between two subs and rudely the man answered like as if it was an issue that I had a question. I proceeded to order and he seemed to have an attitude, he asked what toppings I would like and I simply asked for mayonnaise and lettuce. I asked for another stripe of mayonnaise and he acted as if my request was a life ending request and poured a huge glob and quickly looked up to see my reaction because he knew he was in the wrong and if it weren't for his attitude he may of not done that. Subway has gone downhill in the past few years and terrible employees like the one I had to deal with today aren't going to make customers return. I chose to walk out and won't be returning. Customer service seems to be an issue in past reviews so this may be something management should focus on improving.
