We usually order over $50 worth at Jimmy Johns every single time. They have screwed up on several occasions but nothing so significant we felt a need to post a review…. Today is very different. We ordered our usual and we’re given super skinny bread…two and I repeat, two slivers of bacon, and literally just enough slices of meat to appear to cover the bread. These are supposed to be the extra large subs. with as much as we spend here we expect an actual sandwich not something that looks like they ran out of supplies.

Always tasty and served super quick. The Italian night club is my favorite quick service Italian sandwich and they always make it well. The bread they make daily is always soft and delicious. They also make the best cookies! Recommend them if your in the mood for a cold sub.  Vegetarian options: They offer a vegetarian sandwich with all sorts of fresh vegetables on it.

Enjoyed the selection, and quality of subs. Other places had soggy bread, and a smaller selection. I prefer to order from JJ's, because you know that you will be satisfied with a good, and consistent sub.Food: 5/5

I had placed an order, after waiting an hour there were a few things wrong in the order. I called and let them know, I heard from the driver and the person on the phone that they only had 3 driversthat's fine, I didn't complain about the hour wait. I am giving 4 stars because she did end up correcting the order and had it here within 10 minutes, we all make mistakes, but the way we correct them matters and I felt like they did a good job.  :

This location has TWICE ruined my sandwich. Once by adding roast beef to my TURKEY Tom without being told to do so and trying to pass it off as what I ordered. At least I didn’t get up charged that time and they eventually fixed it. This last time they didn’t ask if I wanted cheese on my sandwich added it anyway and then charged me extra for it and refused to fix it. I love their sandwiches when made how I ordered them but they need to get WAY better at customer service! Here’s a tip from another service worker, if your workers are unsure about what a customer wants, ASK! Be sure before charging them and putting the sandwich together. Maybe read back the order. It’s not rocket science.

Ordered a large turkey tom with cheese and tomato! The bread was dry, taste less and seemed flat and stale! I just read you changed your recipe! Big mistake! Won't be going back now and we always eat jimmy John's when we travel! Change it back please or no more Turkey Tom

I love this store! The employees are so helpful and never fail to make you feel at home right when you walk into the store. This is the best sub shop in the area, go there asap!

Great staff, great recommendations and some of my favorite sandwiches in town! Super super fresh

Skip this place. I was literally the only customer in the shop and the cashier couldn’t bother to speak to me? Come on. Perhaps y’all could find a different employee to put up front bc I certainly didn’t place an order after that experience. #disappointment
