Had the tuna sub today! Everything was really good. Service was also good! I ordered online, but decided to eat here because of the weather. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Placed a pick up order was supposed to be ready at 5:05, wasn't ready til 5:15, the guy handing out the food throws it in the pick up window. Doesn't say anything and just walks away. Only 1 couple was sat down eating inside, and they had 3 people working. Why order online just to be inconvenienced.
Whoever the guy was that was working tonight was horrible. 1 the doors were locked an hour before the store was closed , 2 saw we were waiting outside and he never put our pick up order on the rack for us to get and 3 never answered the phone when we were calling. He then had the balls to tell me that my sandwiches were sitting there for a while. Honestly I hate calling to speak to managers, but i am going to be calling tomorrow because this was ridiculous
This location give u a bit more meat and veggies on their sandwich, and we also noticed because of that they get busy at times, but everything is really fresh. We are regular at subway and this is probably our favorite.
This subway is unique when compared tp others. It has a dribethru and the interior boasts modern design. It feels like it belongs in a big city setting. The staff is friendly and the facility is extremely clean. The food is fresh and excels my expectations from a chain sub shop.
The young men working were very polite and respectful. The bread and ingredients was fresh and we plan on visiting again
Renovated place. Very modern, sleek looking. They have a drive thru in which you use a touch screen to place your order and when you get to the window your sub is done. You can even save the sub in the system for future ordering. They also have self ordering screens inside. There are charging stations on most tables with outlets for your charger and USB ports for your charging cable. Fast service even though i went at night so it wasn't busy.
The girl with tattoos up to her neck is beautiful, we knew her from different location, she always takes care of 1st class, big heart, best subs!
They forgot to put the cookie in my order delivered by Uber! Too, the reason for the 1 star, no one answered the phone.
It's a shame that such a beautifully updated store is so dirty. I had to ask the gentleman making my order to wash his hands after cashing out a customer. I was charged for the wrong sub even though I told him at the register exactly what I got. Also I had to ask for the darkest piece of bread I could see because it was all under baked. Won't be back to this location, but hopefully this will give the owner some insight as to what his/her customers experience.
