Tried to order on a Sunday. On hold 15 minutes. Drove over and placed the order in person. Was told pick up in 30-35 minutes. Came back after 30 minutes. Pizzas hadn’t even been started. The owner/manager has ONE person there on a Sunday to get calls, man the counter, make product, clean, etc. I felt sorry for the young lady there. Owner/manager should be there working if short staffed. Been ordering there for my business for 8 years. No more. Not because of the time it took but because of the working conditions and obvious lack of support from the owner/manager.
I enjoy the thin crust pizza from here. I think the service kind of fluctuates. For the most part it’s not bad, but it’s never great. I found myself uncomfortable with the female worker I dealt with, and paying with cash is apparently a big chore for them to handle, and a pain for them to have to deal with. They have to open the safe and all, just to get change. I feel unappreciated as a customer here. Service is still better than the Windermere location, I’d say, but not much. 3/5
Took my fathers money, he waited 40 min, complained was told the pizzas were in the oven. 20 min later they said they couldn’t find it and they haven’t even started it. Took the money and now am having to fight the get it back. Manager also has no service skills, go to whatever other dominos but this one has gone downhill and unless you want to fight and half way have to file a report to get your money back steer clear
Service is decent but the pizza is always late. I’ve ordered from this spot dozens of time and I can’t remember the pizza being ready within the estimated time. Not only that, the app sets the pizza as “ready to pick up” but i always have to wait around 10 minutes at the location.
Good pizza and easy on the wallet. Curbside delivery is nice. We use the app to order and it’s easy to use and earn rewards. Who doesn’t like free pizza.
Just ordered a large three-top pizza from Domino's and I found a big piece of plastic See pictures in my pizza. I literally choked on it! I can't believe they were so careless!!! I couldn't imagine my son choking in this instead of me! This is definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen!
We ordered carryout and it was quick, but it was BURNED pizza, barely sauce on it and also the cookie/brownie was BURNED too and hard as a rock, horrible, pizza had no flavor. We understand it was rush hour, after 7pm when everyone order, but that's not an excuse to make it wrong...
Service is always subpar and the employees never seem to fully understand how to provide basic customer service or perform their basic job duties. Orders are always messed up when you call over the phone, no matter how slow and clearly you speak they still don’t seem to get it for some reason. It can be quite frustrating, seeing as how my family and I love their BK style pizza and tend to order it from there frequently, I just wish they had a more efficient team that took their basic job duties serious enough not to mess up very simple orders all of the time
Carry out is really fast. Pizzas are warm and yummy when we arrive. The lady at the register is always super nice. We love this location.
