I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I came here to get a breakfast sandwich replace the sausage with chicken or steak. One of the managers Sarah Elizabeth I took my order I gave her my instructions but it seemed as if she really wasn’t listening. She seem kind of distracted. When I get my sandwich and I’ve bit into it, Immediately noticed that the sausage in the chicken were inside. So my order was messed up and I just paid for it. I informed the manager that my order was messed up. She immediately begin to whine And make excuses why my order was messed up with no apologies. It was a terrible experience I don’t believe I will be coming back here
Location: Winter Garden at 3131 Daniels Road. This location does not have a drive-thru. Unfortunately I can not rate this Panera location over a two-star because the service was very poor. I went inside the store to order "to go" thinking it was going to be faster than ordering pick up. I ordered a Cobb Salad and a Cream chicken soup with wild rice and the cashier over charged me by $10. She called the store manager to do a refund. Then she again charged me for an extra soup. Having to call the manager again! Then I was told by the manager to wait in an area assigned to pick up orders and the manager didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I was waiting for my food to be ready close to 30 minutes since the cashier took my order. There were only two girls preparing all the orders dine in, take out, pick up, and curbside pickup. These girls were very efficient but there were too many orders for only two people. This is not the first time that the food order takes this long. It happened one time before when I ordered curbside pick up. I was waiting for 30 mins in my car after the food was supposed to be ready to be picked up.
Visited this location with my mom. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other location up until now. I found the cashier Lourdes to be very rude and impatient with both myself and my mom. You would’ve thought the place was packed based upon how impatient and rude she was. Not to mention, she really became rude after asking her what came on the sandwiches that we ordered. I noticed after she took our order, we were the only people that she was rude to. Didn’t want to think that she was prejudice, however after listening to how she treated other customers compared to us it was evident.
I come to this Panera a lot and have enjoyed it every time. My last visit was extra special so I wanted to make sure to give a good review. I was there with my daughter and we were just trying to get a small snack to share. I needed to use Google pay because I didn't have my card along and after trying many times it just wasn't working. We were visibly disappointed and about to leave. They ended up letting us take the snack anyway, as it may have been network issues. It made mine and my daughter's day! We have always had excellent service here and love the food. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of things on the menu that my kids enjoy that I never worry if they'll find something to eat when we come here. Also casual enough that I don't need to worry if my kids act a bit wild
I have had repeated positive experiences at the Panera Bread in the Winter Garden Shopping Center. The orders are always accurate and the food has always met or exceeded my expectations. I especially would like to single out one specific cashier, Lourdes, who has always made me feel extremely welcome and has remembered my name after just a couple of visits. She is always pleasant and goes out of her way to make sure I am satisfied with my order. I have also observed that she treats all of her customers in the same manner and I have had brief conversations with several who have said she makes them feel special whenever they visit this store.
In my opinion, Panera bread is always a good choice when you’re on the go and looking for something a step above fast food. I live close to this location and the venue is always clean as well as the bathrooms. The staff has always been very friendly and the speed to deliver food orders is very reasonable.
Location definitely needs some training and help. I ordered a salad with no modifications and got a combination of 3 different salads. It was definitely unique and I didn't feel like waiting forever again for another salad and just ate it. I travel a lot and try to eat healthy and choose Panera for lunch when I can. Unfortunately this is not one of the better locations I visit.
This location is terrible. It’s always a disappointment. The cashier is rude or very stressed out. Gave me attitude because I asked how fresh was the brewed the coffee and told me to find the time written on the pods. I checked this before asking and it said nothing. Seeing she was clearly frustrated about this, just paid for it but then find out the pod was empty. The cashier is the only employee I see around so I told her it was empty and she didn’t even looked at me lol. Another staff was passing by so I asked for the coffee, she happens to be the manager and told me they don’t brew coffee after 2 pm, it was 3pm… go figure. She then said will make a cup for me which is nice I guess.. she literally slide the cup of coffee to me.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning with a large coffee. I waited over 15-20 minutes for my sandwich. When I received it, the over easy egg was halfway on my sandwich. They put mayo on the croissant which is never done and yellow cheddar cheese. It tasted terrible. I didn't complain, I just threw it out. This is the ONLY location I never have a good experience at.
The cashier was friendly as this was my first time visiting. She explained the menu and pointed out the most popular options. I had a small coffee with bacon, scrambled egg & cheese on a Brioche. I will be coming back soon.Food: 5/5
