Very nice people who are trying. Unfortunately, the exorbitant wait time due to being severely understaffed far outweighs the sandwich value. It appears that they get overwhelmed by the volume of sandwiches that need to be made, which inadvertently makes the customers nearly invisible.Service: 3/5

Subs are good like all Jersey Mikes I have tried.  But last 2 visits for lunch this location has an intense cleaning solution smell inside.  Very difficult to eat in the restaurant and enjoy the sub with that smell.  I recommend take out until they fix this issue.

Ordered on the app per usual a tuna fish regular and walked out with a mini before my drive out of town.. disappointment. First time ordering from this location. If I wanted a mini I could have redeemed a free one bc I order from my local store fairly regularly  .. girl at the counter seemed hostile handing me my food as well. Won't be returning smh. thanks winter garden

Called and asked if they still offered the large cookies. The manager activated them again online for us immediately. What great service! Thanks again.

So good! We’ve been coming to Jersey Mikes here basically since it opened and it never disappoints. The big Kahuna Cheesesteak is one of our absolute favorites and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. Thanks for always giving us an amazing experience!

I went around 1pm on Friday, it can be challenging to get a parking space. The staff members were very nice and helpful . The sandwich hot and fresh and tasted good .

Normally the subs are good but it seems they are cutting back on the meats and tuna. Ordered a regular tuna and received one scoop of tuna. I asked for double the meat and received a second scope and it barely covered the bread. I had more bread and lettuce than tuna.

AmaIng service and food. We came in the middle of their lunch rush, and the team worked excellent together to get us in and out quickly.

They slice the meat per order, have wheat, white, and rosemary bread. The shop is clean, friendly staff, the food was delicious. The prices are very good. My husband and I split a 14” steak and cheese and we were filled.

I love Jersey Mike's as it has supplanted the other sub chain. I like my sub's sloppy and oiled down and JM's does not disappoint. The service is fast and the subs are fat and juicy!  Stop by and get a smile and a sub!
