My mom, daughters and I stopped here for lunch on a shopping day at the WG village and had a great experience. Haylee was the woman at the register who took our order and was SO patient and friendly even with all of our complicated orders. We will definitely come come back again!

My favorite sub is garlic bread meatball sub without pepperoni. Because pepperoni is too salty.  I love garlic bread, so it was a no-brainer that I LOVED these meatball subs!  2 people can share a large sub and it’s perfect size.

I love the food here. However, on my visit today with my son an employee threw away all our food after I took my son to wash his hands in the bathroom midway through our meal. I mean threw everything away... Bag of chips, a full soda, half a sandwich, my receipt, and a small toy my son had at the table. We were gone from our table for probably a minute and 30 seconds.  I sarcastically asked the employee wiping our table down, "so I guess we're leaving then?" The employee just looked at me with tired dead eyes. Said nothing. Not even a flicker of recognition of anything. No offer to replace anything. He walked away. I feel like this place was trying to gaslight me.  The dining area was not busy... Maybe two other tables were occupied...  What is a customer to do?

I will say i am from ny and have tried subs dow here from most but firehouse subs..this is my first and last..absolutely horrible.. stale bread..thats why the heat them..very little meat..subways beats them by far and i considered them the worste.. we now how an all time worste.. no pride in their product

Both toasted sub were stale we were asked to tip before payment and wasn't ask to round off for Firehouse donation, received a call from the manger about the issue and stated he would mail comps for the lunches said thank you but never received the comps

The food is super great and the cookies are the best and they have free refills and free wifi

A very good place to eat. Eating here is a rare treat. My niece ate all of her kids meal. That is very rare. I did too. That is not rare. Ha ha ha  I had a small sandwhich. My niece loved the Firehat.

So one of the employees messed up on my sub and a gentleman there I forgot his name he fixed my sub immediately apologize and asked me did I need a refund and I said no you did a great job and thanks for having the situation the way you did the sub was fresh and very hot thank you

Put Mayo on it when I didn’t even ask for any, please hire competent staff. This isn’t the first time they have done this. Subway listens to you, firehouse doesn’t.

My son is working I’m the area. I think we may be a little obsessed. Lol. The quality is awesome! The staff is amazing! We have eaten here 3 time in a week. We’ve tried a different sub each visit and it seemed that they get better everytime! There are several restaurants in the area but we can’t bring ourselves to try anything else. Highly recommend!!
