Jordan the store manager helped me get my tax exemption. It saved me $400! Dwight helped me find the machine I needed. The only complaint I have is that the store didn’t have the terabyte I wanted for the surface pro. Other than that, this store rocks! Customer service is great and I cannot wait to use mixed reality Sam sung headset! When I got home Holo lens didn’t work. Screen flickered non stop. I took it back the next day and Hayes got my lens working. Also, tech support Colby updated all my drivers. I’m disappointed that it didn’t work out of the box but it may have been my hdmi GE adapter.

Customer service is horrible. Had an simple issue tried to get resolved and when I went in for an appointment there was no effort to correct the problem. Might have an easier time on hold for 3 hours with customer service line being transferred multiple time

I absolutely love this place! Great customer service and all around fun place.

It really show unqualified employees working at the store. 7:15pm appointment and 8 people standing around without help. Really bad service. It looks like workers like to flirt with each other and not helping the customers. What's point of making an appointment. What a JOKE!
