My daughter had an appointment for a physical on 4-9-18. When we arrive, the reception told me I had a outstanding balance in collection for $169.00, and said that has to be paid before they could see my daughter who is 11 yrs old. I told her I have no knowledge of the bill, and blue Cross blue shield paid all her pass bill. After taking her out of school, and was not able to be seen by the doctor, it was very upsetting. Then to get home and the accountting from their office call me and advise me that it was an error on their part, that it show the bill was PIF by Blue Cross blue shield over a year ago. Very humiliating, unprofessional for you to be greeted with a bill, and your child deny service. We won't be coming back here anymore. Records transfer.

VERY informative and kind Doctors and great staff. They do sometimes get busy only because of the demand. They have always made time for my children and we never felt rushed.

While I do love the attention that is given to my daughter when I am there and the fact that I find everyone very informative, I hate the waiting. I do wait long periods of time. I had an appointment at 9:45 and ended up leaving at like 11:30 once. My kid didn't need shots that day but the wait for the doctor was just super ridiculous. Other than that, I like the office. I recommend that you bring your children there simply because the practitioners really care about children but...only if you don't mind the wait and location.
