Bought used car, purchasing process was great. I was upset about warranty after looking over paperwork. All questions were answered and recourse was available. I appreciate Kia making it right. They take pride in being honest and up front.

These guys are so amazing! They have gone above and beyond. I appreciate all the help they have done for me and Sheldon! We are driving a brand new 2018 vehicle, they delivered all paperwork to me while i was working 💞you all rock!

I have always had a good experience at Redding Kia but for some reason this time it was a bit crazy and a lot of people waiting. I was a bit shocked. They do have plenty of water and things to hold you over if you are going to wait for yippe car to grey done.  Out would be nice if they had a bigger showroom but three really isn't to much more they could have done with that space . The lot they are in is small and getting your car out can be a bit tricky.

In all my car buying experiences I have never had a more STRESS FREE time getting in to a new vehicle. The staff was so helpful and fun to be around. It felt like hanging out with friends and family. Everyone was kind, respectful and really provided a really "no stress" environment when it came to buying my new 2017 Kia Forte. I never thought I would have driven away in a brand new car. The sales manager, Donnie, really went to work getting me the best deal he could. Kyle, my product specialist was attentive and really helped me to feel calm and relaxed when I felt like it was all a dream that I was going to drive away in a car that was safe, affordable and brand new. Plus, they offer for no additional cost, free oil changes and tire rotation for as long as I own my vehicle. That was a huge selling point on it's own!!! 

I highly recommend Redding Kia/Subaru to anyone in need of a sweet new ride. Redding Subaru is right across the street from Redding Kia. So if you are a Subaru lover or always wanted to get into one I suggest heading over and seeing what they can do for you!
